About This Project

The four 22 story office towers at the Information Technology Communications Complex (ITCC) in Riyadh are at the core of a 600,000 square meter development that includes 28 commercial buildings and over 100 residential buildings.

Each tower will house R&D and software companies, training and technical business centers and many more IT related organizations.The support buildings will include hotels, leisure facilities, a convention center, residential apartments, a technical college as well as government service buildings.

The site has its own water treatment and district cooling plant and will cover an area of approximately 6,000,000 square meters.
